10% Labour-Only Voucher Terms & Conditions

Promoter/Trading Name: ACE GROUP (“ACE GROUP”, “we”, “us”, “our”)
Voucher: 10% Labour-Only Discount Voucher (the “Voucher”)

By using the Voucher, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1) Eligibility

1. The Voucher is issued to customers who have received services from ACE GROUP and who choose to leave a genuine Google review that becomes publicly visible (“Review Live Date”).

2. Leaving a review is voluntary. The Voucher is not conditional on the rating, sentiment, or content of the review.

3. Reviews must be genuine and must comply with Google’s policies and applicable law.

 

2) Voucher issue & verification

1. The Voucher will be issued once the Google review is live (publicly visible).

2. We may request reasonable proof to verify eligibility (e.g., review link, screenshot showing the review and date).

3. If a review is removed/hidden or we reasonably believe it breaches platform rules or is not genuine, we reserve the right to void the Voucher.

 

3) What the Voucher covers (Labour only)

1. The Voucher provides 10% off labour charges only for a qualifying job.

2. The Voucher does not apply to materials or any other non-labour costs, including (without limitation) parts, consumables, fittings, paint, timber, electrical/plumbing items, delivery/courier fees, waste/disposal, skip hire, plant/equipment hire, permits, parking/ULEZ/congestion charges, or subcontractor/specialist fees (“Non-Labour Costs”).

3. The discount is calculated and applied to the labour element only as shown on the ACE GROUP quote/invoice.

 

4) One job only (no bundling of multiple jobs)

1. The Voucher can be used for one job only.

2. You cannot combine multiple jobs, addresses, call-outs, phases, or separate quotes/invoices under one Voucher.

3. If works are split into phases/visits, ACE GROUP will determine (acting reasonably) what constitutes the single job covered by the Voucher.

 

5) Services included

1. The Voucher may be used across all services provided by ACE GROUP, subject to availability, suitability, and any service-specific requirements.

2. Where a service involves third-party specialists/subcontractors, the Voucher applies only to the ACE GROUP labour element (if any) and never to third-party charges.

 

6) Validity period

1. The Voucher is valid for 12 months from the Review Live Date.

2. The Voucher must be redeemed (booked and confirmed in writing by ACE GROUP) within this 12-month period.

3. Expired Vouchers are not valid and will not be reissued.

 

7) How to redeem

1. You must mention the Voucher at the time of enquiry/booking, before work starts.

2. The Voucher cannot be applied retrospectively after a quote is accepted, after work has started, or once an invoice has been issued—unless we agree otherwise in writing.

 

8) Non-transferable

1. The Voucher is non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom it was issued.

2. We may require confirmation of identity or matching details (name, email/phone, or service address) to prevent misuse.

 

9) Max discount cap

1. The maximum discount available under this Voucher is 10% of the labour element for the qualifying job.

2. No higher discount will be applied and no additional “make-good” credit will be provided where labour is reduced for other reasons (e.g., scope changes).

 

10) No cash value; no refunds or exchanges

1. The Voucher has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or a refund.

2. If you return/cancel a service or reduce the scope, the Voucher discount applies only to labour actually carried out and billed.

 

11) Combining offers

1. The Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer, promotion, price match, or negotiated reduction unless ACE GROUP agrees in writing.

 

12) Cancellations & rescheduling

1. If you cancel or reschedule, the Voucher may be used on the rescheduled booking only if the new booking date and written confirmation remain within the 12-month validity period.

2. Any cancellation fees (where applicable) are not discounted.

 

13) Misuse, fraud, and withdrawal

1. ACE GROUP reserves the right to refuse redemption, withdraw, or void the Voucher where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, attempted transfer, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2. ACE GROUP may amend or withdraw this Voucher scheme at any time. Changes will not affect Vouchers already issued, except where necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law, or comply with platform rules.

 

14) Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

15) Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
